Do you deliver outside the UK?
Sorry, we are currently not shipping outside the UK. We will start shipping to the EU very soon.
When will my order be delivered?
Orders placed by 12 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday will be dispatched on the same day and delivered the next day.
Orders placed after 12 PM Thursday will be dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
Can I choose a delivery day/time?
You can choose to have your order delivered on a specific day (Tuesday-Friday). Just let us know on chat with your order number immediately after placing the order. Alternatively, just reply to the order confirmation email with your preferred delivery day (Tuesday-Friday) immediately after placing the order.
You can not choose a delivery time. Our courier partner will provide a 1 hpur delivery slot on the day of delivery.
What if I won’t be home at the time of delivery?
If your parcel has been dispatched and you think you won't be home at the time of delivery you can opt to have the package left a safe place or with a neighbor.
This can be done in 2 ways -
1. Stick a note on your door with instructions that you would like to give to the delivery person (recommended)
2. Contact us on chat, email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone (+44 7405 362569)
Alternatively, you can reschedule your delivery online. This is only recommended if your order does not have any frozen foods or vegetables. If you do decide to reschedule your delivery please understand that we are not liable if frozen foods or vegetables spoil.
If your order has not been dispatched yet, let us know if you would like it to be delivered on a particular day (Tuesday-Friday).
How can I reschedule my delivery?
If your order has already been dispatched, you can reschedule your delivery in 2 ways -
1. You will have received an email with subject line "Important - Track & Manage Your Sabadda Order". In this email click on the button with the text "Track/Manage Your Order". On the following page you can reschedule your delivery. If you have frozen foods or vegetables in your order we will not be liable if they spoil because of the delay from rescheduling the delivery.
2. Contact us on chat, email (email@example.com) or phone (+44 7405 362569).
If your order has not been dispatched yet, let us know when you would like it to be delivered (Tuesday-Friday).
How do you send frozen foods?
We use Woolcool insulated packaging material for shipping frozen foods. This packing keeps frozen foods frozen for up to 36 hours. Your frozen foods will arrive still frozen.
Do you charge anything extra for shipping frozen foods?
Though the Woolcool insulated packaging material we use for shipping frozen foods costs us over £2 we do not charge anything extra over the regular shipping charges.
What if delivery is delayed?
Delivery of frozen foods should be taken in the very first delivery attempt, which is usually within 24 hours of dispatch. But on a rare occasion the carrier may delay delivery to the following day. In that case accept delivery when offered. Move the frozen foods to the freezer immediately and contact us if there is any spoilage.
Do you stock vegetables?
We do not stock vegetables. We pick the vegetables from our supplier on the very day of dispatch.
How do you make sure I receive fresh vegetables?
We pick the vegetables just 2 hours before dispatch. We pick them with much care and pack them with equal care. This means that there is frenzied activity from the time we pick the vegetables to the time we make the dispatches.
We could make this process less hectic by picking the vegetables in the morning. But sending fresh vegetables to our customers is our priority.
What if I receive spoiled vegetables?
We take much care in picking and packing the vegetables. However, some conditions are beyond our control. In some rare cases, a particular vegetable may spoil during transit. Not to worry. We have you covered.
We bear the entire risk. If a vegetable spoils, just take a couple of pictures and send them to us on the very day of delivery. We will issue a refund for the vegetable.
How do I create an account?
Click on this link: Create Account. Enter First Name, Last Name, Email and Password (new). Then click on the "Create" button.
You will receive an account verification email to your email address with the subject line "Activate Your Account at Sabadda". Click on the link in the email to activate your account.
What are the benefits of creating an account?
First off, you get 2000 reward points (worth £2) for creating an account at Sabadda. You don't need to enter your details every time you shop at Sabadda They will be auto-filled for you. This will save valuable time. Your order history will be available to you if you have an account.
How many marketing emails/sms will I receive on average?
We try to keep marketing communications to the minimum. We don't send more than 2 emails and/or sms per month. Usually, it is 1 email and/or 2 sms in any given month.
How can I unsubscribe to the marketing emails/sms?
Just contact us via chat, email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone (+44 7405 362569) and we will unsubscribe you from the marketing communications.
How do I place an order?
Just add items to your cart by clicking on the cart icon under the product. After you have added all the products you need, click on the cart icon on the top right. Click on "View Cart" in the dropdown. Check that you have added everything you need and when you are satisfied click on "Proceed to Checkout". In the checkout page, enter your personal details, shipping address and payment information. Confirm the order.
Can I order over phone?
Yes, you can. However, payment must be made online. Just call us on +44 7405 362569 and let us know what you want? We will email the invoice for your order.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards. We also accept all major debit cards issued in the UK. You can also pay using Paypal.
Is cash on delivery available?
Sorry, Cash on Delivery is not available at the moment. Only online payments are accepted
Where do I enter the coupon code?
When you proceed to checkout, you can find a box under the products for entering the coupon code on the right side of the screen. Enter the coupon code and click "Apply".
How can I get discount coupons?
If you are subscribed to our Newsletter you will receive coupon codes once in a while. We also send out coupon codes to your phone via sms.
Is there a discount coupon available for repeated use?
Use coupon code SAVE5 every Friday to save 5% off your order. Coupon discount excludes rice and wheat flour.
Why are rice and wheat flour excluded from coupon discount?
Rice and wheat flour have very low margins. So, we can't offer any discount on them.
How can I earn reward points?
You can earn reward points for a lot of actions. You earn 2000 reward points for creating an account at Sabadda. You earn 10 reward points for every £ you spend at Sabadda.
2000 reward points (worth £2) will be added to your account when you refer a friend through your unique referral link. Like our Facebook page to earn 250 reward points. Earn another 250 reward points when you share us on Facebook. Find more on our rewards program here.
How can I redeem reward points?
To redeem your reward points make sure that you are logged into your account at Sabadda. Click on the "Rewards Program" button at the right of screen. On the popup, choose how many points you want to redeem and copy the coupon code offered. Use the given coupon code during checkout to get your discount.
What if there is an issue with the order or products received?
If there is any issue with your order or any of the products delivered contact us through chat, email (email@example.com) or phone (+44 7405 362569). If you think a photo of a product will help in resolving the issue faster, please email the photo to us.
